Group leaders will receive a special rate of $75, which includes access to training, Zoom hosting ability, recruiting and group management features.

What to expect:
Participants
- 30-45 minutes of reading, 5 days per week
- A strong emphasis on the group meetings.
- 2-3 surveys to provide feedback on both the study and the app
Leaders
In addition to the participant expectations:
- You will act as both a full participant in the study and a facilitator of the group study meetings to keep discussion moving.
- You will need a laptop or desktop computer to facilitate weekly group study meetings
