Join us for a study group of UnSettling Our Faith, by Rev. Jason Miller-Villegas, on the new BeADisciple Study App, which helps groups explore how we can decolonize our Christian discipleship through Scripture, Indigenous wisdom, and embodied practices. This study centers truth-telling, restorative solidarity, and practical steps toward justice—without requiring prior expertise.
This study will be six weeks long.

I hope you’re as excited about this opportunity as I am. My group will meet at noon on Tuesdays, starting August 15. The study lasts 6 weeks. I’ll be at the back after worship, so please come talk to me if you’re interested. My name again is Cory Johnson. I’d love to have you join me!

I will be leading a study group of Called: Hearing and Responding to God’s Voice on the new Christian small-group BeADisciple Study App. This study looks at how God called people in the Bible and still calls us today.
I can have up to 15 people in my group, and everything you need is on the app, including the entire Bible. The technology allows you to participate from anywhere, even if you’re traveling.
I hope you’re as excited about this opportunity as I am. My group will meet at noon on Tuesdays, starting August 15. The study lasts 6 weeks, plus an orientation meeting. I’ll be leading a small group through the study UnSettling Our Faith on the new BeADisciple Study App this [fall/spring]. This is new app for Christian small-group studies that recently launched and contains everything you need to participate via computer, smart phone, or tablet.
- Day 1 of daily study will be [day, date].
- Our 60-minute weekly meeting will take place on [day] at [time] starting [day, date, time].
To join my Study Group:
- Register on the web at https://app.beadiscipleapp.com/register/ (for the best pricing) or using the mobile app (available from The App Store and Google Play) from your smart phone or tablet.
- Login to the app.
- Tap “Browse Studies” and select UnSettling Our Faith.
- Select the Participant Package.
- Tap “I Have a Study Group ID.” Enter this ID: [A###].
- Complete the purchase process. You’ll arrive at your home page in the app.
- Tap on the white card on your home page to enter our study group portal, read and dismiss each item on the message board, and get started on the Orientation Assignment.
